You may cancel any package purchased, without penalty, within 15 days of initial purchase.  After 15 days, a processing fee of $14.95 will be applied to all cancellations made before 7 days of arrival date.

A reservation may be rescheduled if done within 7 days of arrival date for a partial refund.    If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or no show your reservation, your entire fee will be forfeited.

This promotional offer if designed for married or Co-habitating couples over 24 years old and who have an annual, household income in excess of $40,000.  This offer is not designed for group outings, multiple couples or events and some restrictions apply.  You will get to attend a brief open house at our Phoenix sales office or at one of our resort sales offices as part of the offer.

We can make these great prices available as part of our advertising programs for Highland Resorts LLC.  These prices are significantly less than those available through other online booking websites or properties and contain certain restrictions and black out dates. To receive a discounted vacation package or travel voucher, we simply ask that you spend a short time at one of our open house events, previewing the vacation and travel products available to those who take part in this promotion. Dos Mundos Travel is a promotional company specializing in promoting various travel and travel industry offers for our clients.  By visiting our website and agreeing to our Term and Conditions or by participating in one of our offers, on behalf of our clients, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions and have given consent to be contacted by us, our clients and or our affiliates.   We look forward to you and your spouse or significant other participating in one of our client’s promotional offers.  By meeting the qualifications and attending a brief open house presentation at one of the sponsor resorts in Sedona or sales offices in Phoenix, you will get a deeply discounted,  mini-vacation to the Sedona area or a lodging voucher for a 3 day, two night stay in Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs or Las Vegas or a complimentary voucher for two, round trip airline tickets, good in the Continental US, on an American airline (cost $150) or other promotional offers or gifts.    They are excited to offer customers the opportunity to visit one of their show rooms, presentations or resorts, to learn more about exciting vacation and travel opportunities in exchange for a discounted vacation,  vacation voucher, airline ticket voucher and other gifts.

These promotional offers are designed for married or cohabitating couples over the age of 27 who have an annual, household, income in excess of $60,000.   To receive the awards or gifts noted, discounted vacation package  or to get the airline, travel or vacation voucher,  you & your spouse must meet the qualifications listed above and participate in a complimentary, 60- 90 minute Open House tour or presentation  about travel products and services during your visit to a sales office or one of the resort locations.  You are under no obligation to purchase or join anything to receive your discounted vacation, gifts and/or lodging voucher.  Vacation, lodging, air ticket and other  vouchers awarded may contain black out dates and other restrictions and may require refundable and non-refundable deposits and fees before lodging or travel can be confirmed.  The lodging awards or vouchers do not include transportation of any kind and are only valid according to the rules on the voucher.  Discounted lodging packages at our client’s resorts require an upfront fee to confirm a reservation.  All lodging for discounted lodging packages require the participation in a 60- 90 minute, promotional presentation or tour of a resort.     No verbal representations that are different than what is outlined on this website or on this page or on one of our promotional letters or confirmations will be honored.

The sales office(s) you will visit are not a high pressure sales organization.  You are under no obligation to purchase or join anything.  Any and all gifts or discounted packages are provided to you as our “Thank You” for participating in a promotion.

All discounted lodging provided as a gift in this offer is in a non-smoking, no pets room with a max occupancy of four persons.   Neither we, nor the sponsors of these offers, are responsible for the quality, duration, weather or scheduling conflicts associated with the use of the services offered in return for your participation in a promotional offer.  Any bonus gift provided in this offer as an “on time” or “special” bonus has no retail value and could include discounted restaurant coupons, Dining Dollar cards, Restaurant.com cards etc.

On the basis of this transaction, which meets the requirements of any federal, state or local statute, registrant agrees and consents that they may be contacted by DMT or affiliated entity via e-mail, e-mail to text, text, cell phone, phone, auto dial devises or mail, regardless of their standing on federal or state do not call or no solicitation lists.
